Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
William H. Peters, Chief Financial Officer of Badger Paper Mills, Inc. (the “Company”), is resigning from the Company in order to pursue another business opportunity. Mr. Peters’ resignation is effective November 12, 2004, and during the interim period Mr. Peters will be assisting in an orderly transition. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Peters’ resignation is being furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
