1. These shares are directly owned by Brown Equity Partners, LLC, for which the reporting person is the managing member.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were acquired in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $125.57 to $125.90, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares acquired at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes 2 and 3 herein.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were acquired in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $126.11 to $126.96, inclusive.
