On May 1, 2013, the registrant completed a non-material acquisition of the business and assets of Rapid Product Development Group, Inc. ("RPDG"), a provider of on-demand additive and traditional manufacturing services.
The registrant plans to integrate RPDG's operations into its growing Quickparts services immediately.
