Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 3, 2020, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of 3D Systems Corporation (the “Company”) approved the termination of the temporary reduction of 10% in the salaries of its executive officers, including its named executive officers, retroactive to August 22, 2020. These cost reduction measures were implemented on April 1, 2020 in response to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and are being terminated due to the implementation of additional, more impactful measures to restructure and reorganize the Company that were previously announced on August 5, 2020.
