October 29, 2013, Joseph W. Unger was elected a director of WVS Financial Corp. (“Company”) at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Mr. Unger was also elected as a trustee of West View Savings Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, on October 29, 2013.
For both elections, Mr. Unger’s term of office begins on November 1, 2013.
