Mobile Mini Inc. will make a presentation to investors on March 26, 2008 at the Credit Suisse Leveraged Finance Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, and thereafter from time to time during the period prior to its proposed merger with Mobile Storage Group. The materials for the presentation on March 26, 2008, and which will be used in connection with any subsequent similar presentations to investors, are furnished hereunder as Exhibit 99.1.
