Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 10, 2008, PartnerRe Ltd. issued a press release announcing its preliminary outlook on its 2008 third quarter results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and hereby incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02.
