Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On June 5, 2007, Navarre Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
