Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2007, Navarre Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2007 and a conference call in connection therewith. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
