Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 18, 2005 JDS Uniphase Corporation (the “Company”) announced via press release the Company’s preliminary revenue and earnings results for its second quarter ended December 31, 2004 of its fiscal year 2005. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
