CONFERENCE CALL ANNOUNCEMENT
FIRST QUARTER 2004 RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Calgary, Alberta, April 5, 2004 - CE FRANKLIN LTD. (TSX.CFT, AMEX.CFK)announced it will release its earnings report for the First Quarter ended March 31, 2004, through Canada NewsWire, onThursday, April 22, 2004 after the close of the market. It will also be posted on the company’s website athttp://www.cefranklin.com.
The Company will then host its financial analyst conference call onFriday, April 23, 2004at 10:30 a.m. EST (8:30 a.m. Calgary time MST) to discuss its earnings report for the First Quarter ended March 31, 2004.
Participants may join the call by dialing 1-800-814-4859 at the scheduled time of 10:30 a.m. EST.
