On May 27, 2010, the registrant held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The following matters were submitted to a vote of the shareholders of record as of March 19, 2010 through the solicitation of proxies:
1. | To elect eight directors to serve for one year and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified; and |
2. | To ratify the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the registrant’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2010. |
All eight nominees were elected to serve for one year and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified. The results of the election were as follows:
