On August 27, 2020, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jeffrey Dyck plans to retire from his position as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Co-President, Cascade Steel and Scrap, effective September 1, 2020. Mr. Dyck will continue to serve in an advisory capacity with the Company.
