Adjusted Financing EBITDA | | | • Similar to Adjusted EBITDA (defined below), Adjusted Financing EBITDA excludes the impact of foreign currency exchange rates as compared to the spot exchange rates assumed in our internal budgets and certain extraordinary or nonrecurring items, which the Compensation Committee believes are not indicative of ongoing results. The Compensation Committee believes that Adjusted Financing EBITDA is an important measure in evaluating management’s success in positioning the Company for sustainable profitability, a primary goal.
