Effective April 17, 2014, the Company accepted the resignation of Robert Lees, president of the Company's Eastern Division, effective as of April 17, 2014. In connection with this resignation, the Company announced the restructuring of its Eastern Division operations into two geographic operating groups. These new operating groups, within the Company's Eastern Division, are intended to facilitate and enhance the management of the growth of the Company's operations in that region.
