Item 5.02(e) Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Employment agreements dated December 28, 2007 for each of Mr. William L. Stakelin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Regent Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) and Mr. Anthony A. Vasconcellos, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, expired effective December 31, 2009. Accordingly, on December 31, 2009 the Company entered into new employment agreements with each of Messrs. Stakelin and Vasconcellos, attached hereto as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2, respectively, to retain their services with the Company.
