We are pleased to address you in order to inform that the Board of Directors of Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. at its meeting held today, approved within the framework of the Global Negotiable Obligations Program for up to a total amount of US$ 500.000.000 in circulation, the issuance and placement by public offering of a new class of Negotiable Obligations, at a nominal value not exceeding AR$ 50.000.000.000 or its equivalent in the denomination to be determined, to be determined in due course by the sub-delegates, together with the other issuance terms and conditions.
