Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
TerreStar Corporation (TSTR), formerly Motient Corporation, and its majority owned subsidiary TerreStar Networks Inc. announced that Neil Hazard, CFO, and Robert Siegel, EVP, Finance & Corporate Development, will be presenting at the 2008 Lehman Brothers High Yield Bond and Syndicated Loan Conference on Thursday, March 13, 2008, at 8:10 A.M. Eastern Time, at the Disney Yacht and Beach Club, Lake Buena Vista, FL.
The presentation will be available prior to the conference on the Investor Relations page of the TerreStar Corporation Web site -- http://www.terrestarcorp.com. Additionally, Lehman Brothers will provide a live audio webcast of the presentation at http://cc.talkpoint.com/LEHM002/031208a_jw/default.asp?entity=TerreStar.
