Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 21, 2007, patient enrollment for Orthovita, Inc.’s U.S. pivotal clinical study for the use of CORTOSS® in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures was completed. The press release issued by Orthovita on February 21, 2007 announcing the completion of patient enrollment for the study is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
