On September 16, 2003, a news release was issued on the subject of second quarter earnings for the registrant. The news release did not contain certain financial statements, related footnotes and certain other financial information that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. The following, attached as Exhibit 99.1, is the second quarter earnings release for M.H. Meyerson & Co., Inc., d/b/a Crown Financial Group, Inc. dated September 16, 2003.
