The RSUs will vest in five equal annual installments on January 27, 2026, January 27, 2027, January 27, 2028, January 27, 2029 and January 27, 2030, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through such dates.

2. Reflects shares purchased through a directed share program in the issuer's initial public offering.
