12 May 2005 - Message from Acquisition Integration Steering Committee: It's been less than four weeks since Adobe announced its intent to acquire Macromedia, and we are making great progress on our plans for combining our companies. A key priority the past two weeks has been setting up the integration planning process and determining the team responsible for ensuring a smooth integration.

18 Apr 2005 - Message from Bruce and Shantanu: We are excited to announce we have signed a definitive agreement to acquire San Francisco, CA-based Macromedia, a leading provider of solutions to create and deliver effective, compelling, and memorable experiences - on the Internet, on fixed media, on wireless and on digital devices.
