On November 16, 2009, ParkerVision, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted an investor conference call to discuss the Company’s results of operations for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009 and certain other information. The conference call was pre-announced and was available to the public through live teleconference. A transcript of the conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
