Invesco Ltd. Announces February 29, 2012

Atlanta, March 12, 2012 --- Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) today reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $667.6 billion, an increase of 3.0% month over month. The increase was largely the result of positive market returns, FX and long-term net inflows.  FX increased AUM by $0.8 billion. Total long-term flows were modestly positive during the month. Total average assets for the quarter through February 29 were $651.3 billion and average active assets for the quarter through February 29 were $547.8 billion.
