Item 8.01 Other Events.
Southwest Bancorp, Inc. sadly announces that Kerby E. Crowell, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, passed away on November 23, 2010. Mr. Crowell made great contributions to Southwest and the community during his forty-one years of service for Southwest and its subsidiaries and will be sorely missed.
