Prior to the close of business on May 19, 2023, Parametric TABS 5-to-15 Year Laddered Municipal Bond Fund (the Fund), a diversified series of Eaton Vance Municipals Trust II, invested all of its investable assets in 5-to-15 Year Laddered Municipal Bond Portfolio (the Portfolio) and owned a pro rata interest in the Portfolio’s net assets. As of the close of business on May 19, 2023, the Fund received its pro rata share of net assets from the Portfolio as part of a complete liquidation of the Portfolio. Subsequent to May 19, 2023, the Fund invests directly in securities.
