On August 27, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Spherion Corporation (the “Company”) granted Roy Krause, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, 200,000 Deferred Stock Units under the Company’s 2006 Stock Incentive Plan. The DSUs will vest in full on August 27, 2010, and may be subject to forfeiture in certain circumstances, at the discretion of the Compensation Committee, until fully vested.
