Explanation of Responses:

This amendment corrects the Form 4 filed on February 16, 2024 with respect to the number of shares of common stock withheld in payment of tax liability incident to the payout of performance shares for the 2021-2023 performance period. The balance of shares beneficially owned following the reported transaction has also been corrected.
