Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 7, 2014, The Pantry, Inc. ("the Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary estimated merchandise and fuel results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 25, 2014. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The slide presentation that will accompany the live audio webcast is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
