(b) In connection with an internal realignment of reporting and assignment of responsibilities effective January 21, 2009, Michael Rogers has been named Senior Vice President, Geothermal Plants of Calpine Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Rogers’ former duties as Senior Vice President, Power Operations have been reassigned.
