ITEM 2.02 — RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On February 10, 2017, Calpine Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
