ITEM 2.02 — RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
Calpine Corporation (the “Company”) will host a conference call to discuss its financial and operating results for the full year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2008, on Friday, February 27, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. ET / 9:30 a.m. CT.
