ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On March 8, 2007, TurboChef Technologies, Inc. (“TurboChef”) issued a press release (the “Release”) reporting its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. A copy of the Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
