b) and c)	On December 13, 2013, Charles A. Schrock, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrys Energy Group, Inc. (the "Company") announced the appointment of Lawrence T. Borgard, currently the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer – Utilities, to the newly-created position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Schrock will remain the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A copy of the news release announcing this change is filed as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein
