On May 31, 2018, Agree Realty Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Moody’s Investors Service, a rating agency, has assigned a Baa2 issuer rating to the Company with a stable outlook. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
