Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 22, 2007, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc. (the "Company"), announced via press release its preliminary financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2006 and conducted a publicly-available conference call discussing those preliminary results.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
