SECTION 2 - Financial Information
On September 2, 2010, the Board of Directors of Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc. authorized the Company to purchase up to one million shares of the Company’s common stock. The stock repurchase program reflects the Board’s objective to offset dilution from equity compensation programs on an ongoing basis. The purchases will be made from time to time on the open market at prevailing market prices or in negotiated transactions off the market.
