Effective February 12, 2008, Kathryn Lewis was appointed to the QLogic Corporation Board of Directors. The election of Ms. Lewis was reported under Item 5.02 of the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on February 15, 2008. The Company is filing this Form 8-K/A to report that on April 4, 2008 the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Ms. Lewis to serve on the Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee.
