On November 13, 2014, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of QLogic Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), approved cash incentive payments with respect to the first half of fiscal year 2015 for the Company’s principal executive officer, the Company’s principal financial officer, and certain of the Company’s executive officers whose compensation was disclosed in the Summary Compensation Table included in the Company’s proxy statement for its last annual meeting of stockholders.
