On December 14, 2010, Gaming Partners International SAS (“GPI SAS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaming Partners International Corporation, entered into a 5,000,000 euro line of credit (the “Line of Credit”) with Lyonnaise de Banque. The interest rate on the Line of Credit is the three-month Euribor rate plus 0.5% (1.526% on December 14, 2010), and the maturity date of the Line of Credit is June 30, 2011. The Line of Credit is secured by a minimum of 3,750,000 euros of GPI SAS’ certificates of deposit. We expect that the Line of Credit will be drawn on December 21, 2010.
