On May 2, 2012, American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing, among other things, the Company's revised earnings guidance for the first quarter ended April 28, 2012.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.  Additionally, Management announced sales for the first quarter ended April 28, 2012 in the press release.
