Item 2.02 Results of Operational and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2007, Wave Systems Corp. announced results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2007 and highlighted recent corporate developments. This announcement was made via a conference call, webcast and press release entitled “Wave Q2 2007 Revenues Rise to a Record $1.4 Million On Continued Strength in PC OEM Software Royalties”. A copy of this press release has been filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
