Effective May 21, 2021, OTC Markets removed the label of “Caveat Emptor” (also known as the “Skull and Crossbones”) from Sugarmade, Inc.’s profile on OTC Markets.
Sugarmade, Inc. is currently listed on OTC Markets on the “Pink Current Information” tier of the Pink Market. To qualify for “Pink Current Information”, a company must publish current information pursuant to OTC Markets’ Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines, and make such information publicly available on www.otcmarkets.com.
