Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 30, 2022, Sugarmade, Inc. issued a press release with certain business updates, including the execution of definitive agreements to acquire a majority interest in a Hollywood, Los Angeles cannabis delivery hub located on the Sunset Strip, as well as a minority stake in a reservation-only restaurant brand with private event space which is planned to permit cannabis use. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
