On December 6, 2010,Berry Plastics Corporation issued a press release announcing the completion of its previously announced tender offers to purchase any and all of its outstanding8⅞% Second Priority Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2014,and8⅞% Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2014.
