Berry Plastics Corporation ("Registrant") received notice from investment funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC that Mr. Patrick Dalton will no longer serve as a Director of Berry Plastics Group, Inc., the parent company of Registrant, effective February 8, 2012.
