Explanatory Note
On September 4, 2013, Diversicare filed a current report on Form 8-K (the “Original Report”) reporting the disposition of its Arkansas operations. This current report on Form 8-K/A amends the Original Report to present pro forma financial information in connection with the disposition of the Arkansas operations which was omitted from the initial filing as permitted under Item 9.01(b)(2) of Form 8-K. All other information set forth in the Original Report remains unchanged.
