On November 7, 2011, the Registrant filed a Current Report on Form 8-K in connection with its results of operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011 and scheduled a conference call for 9:00 a.m. central time on November 8, 2011 to discuss its third quarter 2011 results. The script for that call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
