DUBUQUE, Iowa, October 20, 2011 - Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's common stock payable on December 9, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 25, 2011. At September 30, 2011, there were 16,459,338 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Market under the symbol HTLF.
