HEARTLAND FINANCIAL USA, INC. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND

DUBUQUE, Iowa, July 18, 2012 - Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's common stock payable on September 7, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 24, 2012. At June 30, 2012, there were 16,467,889 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Market under the symbol HTLF.
